In this cost-effective bathroom renovation, we executed a series of upgrades to breathe new life into the space. The transformation included the replacement of the bathtub with a modern and space-saving shower, an upgrade to the vanity for added functionality and aesthetics, the expansion of storage capacity through a larger cupboard, the installation of durable vinyl flooring for a fresh look and ease of maintenance, and finally, a rejuvenating touch-up with a fresh coat of paint on the walls. These budget-friendly enhancements combine to create a stylish and efficient bathroom makeover.

Our client encountered a series of water ingress challenges that consequently led to the development of mould growth within their premises. In response to this situation, our team promptly addressed the concerns by undertaking a comprehensive course of action.

We embarked on reinstating the GIB walls to their original condition, ensuring a seamless restoration process.

Furthermore, one of the primary culprits responsible for the water ingress was identified as a leaking shower. With utmost expertise, we executed the removal and replacement of the problematic shower, effectively mitigating the source of the issue.

Throughout this project, our team adhered to industry-best practices, prioritising the highest standards of workmanship and utilising premium materials to guarantee a resilient and long-lasting solution.

To restore the structural integrity of the bathroom ceiling, we carefully installed a new GIB board. GIB board is renowned for its durability and moisture-resistant properties, making it ideal for bathroom environments. Our team ensured precise measurements and secure installation, laying the foundation for a smooth and stable surface.

With the GIB board securely in place, plastering took place to create a seamless and even finish. Expert plastering techniques guaranteed that the repaired area perfectly blended with the rest of the ceiling, leaving no trace of the previous damage.

To complete the restoration, we applied the coat of paint. We carefully selected  offered long-lasting protection against moisture.  With the hole fixed, a full bathroom renovation will take place in the next couple of weeks.
